UNDER THE LAW OF HONG KONG, INTOXICATING LIQUOR MUST NOT BE SOLD OR SUPPLIED TO A MINOR IN THE COURSE OF BUSINESS.
A Merlot with spiced plummy fruits, soft tannins and whispy red berry acidity. A savoury finish gives the wine a clear Bordeaux identity stamp. The wine was matured in older French barriques which amplify the fruit. Great match with Duck a l'Orange.

HONG KONG PRIDE
The people of Hong Kong didn't get handed the greatest city in the world, they MADE it. A fishing village that used its harbour to bring the best of what the world had to offer to her doorstep.
You don't get given free passes in this town, you have to step up and claim yours. Why should we rely on others to bring the best to the table? Sourced abroad and teaches a lesson as to what this town is all about.
Established in 2011 as a winemaking project by Eddie McDougall and his team at The Flying Winemaker, this proudly Hong Kong endeavour pushes all the boundaries of traditional winemaking. With the ability to call the world his vineyard, Eddie and The Flying Winemaker flew to multiple regions across the globe to source quality grapes for the production of wine in the very heart of the fragrant harbour. The wines of this series are named after some of Hong Kong’s most iconic locations and modes of transport as a tribute to the old Hong Kong in which Eddie grew up.
This is THE URBAN PROJECT.
