Aromas: Bay leaves, wild herbs, white peppercorns, cranberries and gun powder smoke.

Palate: Built around the concept of structure and complex flavours this wine is driven by the precision of acid and texture. A clever play with premium blending materials provides the palate some incredible depth of flavour and a lengthy finish.

Food Match: Croque-monsieur with Dijon mustard.

To do this the pair meticulously selected specific vineyards and parcels to produce the highest quality of rosé with production methods that are wild, intriguing and ground breaking.
