All Saints Hip Sip Tawny
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
Tawny colour with hints of red. A blend of Grenache, Shiraz, Mataro, with added brandy spirit. Flavours of ripe berry fruit, with ranchio characters. Hip Sip is a blend of a number of vintages. The average age is kept young, as to bring the brightest and most exciting tawny to the bottle.
All Saints Estate is a family owned winery established in 1864 and located on the banks of the Murray River in Wahgunyah, situated in the famed Rutherglen wine region of northeast Victoria. Original Owners George Sutherland Smith and John Banks arrived from Caithness, Scotland in 1852. They were just 23 and 20 years of age. All Saints Estate won the first gold medal for Australian wine in 1873 at the London Internation Exhibition. George Sutherland Smith was the first Australian winemaker to win an award at an overseas wine show.
Eliza, Angela and Nicholas Brown are the fourth generation to own and run All Saints Estate. The family's vision is to continue growing, making and selling fine wine, and to make a mark on the future landscape of Australian winemaking domestically and oversears.
