Soil Rich clay, sandy loam and stone base in Agrelo. Rocky soil with sand and pebbles in Perdriel.
Vinification As it is small vines identified, all wine is made under microvinification in 500 liters bins. Fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts with the whole grain at a temperature of between 25-27 °C. Then 100% malolactic fermentation completed in barrels.
Ageing/Maturation 100% during 12 months in new French oak barrels.
