Codorniu Seleccion Raventos Rosé NV
A delicate pale pink, with a fine mousse forming a persistent crown. Fresh, balanced with a great deal of creaminess. Elegant aromas of red berries and notes of toasted bread from its ageing on the lees. An excellent pairing with aperitifs and rice dishes. Perfect with salmon and oily fish (served as sashimi, sushi, carpaccio or tartar) or grilled, since its acidity balances out the oiliness of the fish.
