Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Region: San Antonio Valley
Vinification: The grapes were cooled at the cellar and subjected to a strict selection of clusters and berries. Subsequently, the grapes were gravity fed into stainless steel tanks of 8 and 5 tons capacity and then they were cold macerated for seven days at 6°C. Only native yeasts were used.
Ageing/Maturation: The wine matured in French Oak barrels for 11 months

Intense red in colour, with violet notes, this wine has aromas of red cherry, blueberry and spices. The palate is elegant and fresh with soft tannins and a juicy, long and persistent finish.
