Maxwell Lime Cave Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
Deep garnet in colour. Aromas leap out of the glass with aromatic red currant, cranberry, cassis and a complex mix of herbs. The palate has concentrated flavours of cranberry, cherry and cassis taste like the day the grapes were picked, integrated with delicate cedar and vanilla oak. These flavours are elegantly balanced with firm tannins and a persistent mouth filling finish.
James Halliday - 94 Points
In 1871 Scottish scientist James Clerk Maxwell created an experiment, that involved a hypothetical creature acting as a gatekeeper between two compartments to sort gas molecules according to their speed. At first glance, such a system could potentially create energy from nothing… theoretically impossible given the laws of physics. This hypothetical gatekeeper became known to physicists as Maxwell’s Little Demon, and has stirred debate in the science community for more than a century.
