Aromas: Bay leaves, wild herbs, white peppercorns, cranberries and gun powder smoke.
Palate: Built around the concept of structure and complex flavours this wine is driven by the precision of acid and texture. A clever play with premium blending materials provides the palate some incredible depth of flavour and a lengthy finish.
Food Match: Croque-monsieur with Dijon mustard.

McDougall & Langworthy is the product of collaboration between two Rosé-infatuated winemakers. Their common respect and love for the pale pink drink drew Eddie McDougall of The Flying Winemaker and Julian Langworthy of Deep Woods Estate together to challenge some of the world’s best rosé. To do this the pair meticulously selected specific vineyards and parcels to produce the highest quality of rosé with production methods that are wild, intriguing and ground breaking.
