The highest rated red wine in Asian Wine Review 2016 at 97 points, the future of this wine is hugely promising. It shows a balanced combination of diligent winemaking and fruit handling. Displaying complex aromas of cured meats, black forest fruits, toasted spices, and fine oak. The palate is intensely rich and concentrated with perfectly ripe fruit and tannins. The tannin extraction is so precise it leaves an incredibly long and velvet-like finish. Magic.
Complex tones of earth, cured meats and tar are bundled into some traces of red berries. The tannin structure is well defined with ripe skins and seeds. A great wine to enjoy soon.
