Tohu Dry Riesling 2012
WHAT THE TEAM HAS TO SAY:
A classic, clean cut Riesling from Marlborough. Vibrantly full of citrus notes laced with hints of apricot richness, florals and an underlying subtleness of clove like spice. The palate has great weight and zingy acidity with luscious stonefruits making the wine focused and pronounced.
Fresh and vibrantly pale green in the glass this wine is bright and clear with a brilliant hue. On the nose there are typical lime and lemon citrus notes dominating with some underlying floral, a hint of apricot richness and a subtle clove like spice. The palate is very fresh and clean with abundant zesty acidity giving great focus to a fruit filled palate awash with fresh cut limes and citrus. Very dry with pronounced bright acids the finish is long, clean and crisp.
