Colour: Bright, red with good density, with some purple and youthful edges.
Aromatics: Dark berry fruits combined with cedar and spice. Complex with some light coffee / mocha characters combined with cassis and a touch of oak.
Palate: Structured and well balanced with fine tannins and a ripe structure and good acidity. The palate continues rich and long with ripe flavour profile.
Cuisine: Cabernet Sauvignon lends itself to most full bodied meat dishes from Boeuf Bourguignon to a grilled dry aged entrecote and also firm cheeses.
